bergy Posted October 5, 2020 Share take it slowly, and forget about what you used to do,i've had caged fusion of c4-5. and c6-7,all my pain, numbness is in my shoulders and arms.coming from a moto-x life, where airtime is playtime,i've adjusted my riding style to slowly on downhills, but push as hard as possible on flats and uphills.bike adjustment was also crucial,i now sit more upright.got rid of all the schedule drugs, and now only use genpain when necessary, stretch as much as possible, live for every ride, and enjoy every day outdoors, listen to your body,if its really sore, take a slow ride on the tar, when you feel good go of road, but just do something, keep moving,I can't run anymore,so if its raining, i go for a walk at pace, but DO NOT get comfortable on the couch!!
