borrow a friends bike,😁,seriously,not much helps,just repack all bearings before with quality marine grease,and afterwards strip bike,and soak everything in "salt away" used to get it from jet ski shops,but all bearings will go,and alluminium parts will corode,ie spoke nipples and clamps, enjoy it,its an awesum race

its a tar road to ponta now,so you could head out of town on the tar and then turn up towards Maputo and do quite a bit of tar work,base training

so you may not ride the epic,life ban,but you can still represent your country,as per csa,check out the sa team selection for marathon worlds ?

The big question which needs to be answered here is, if she was tested and found to have suspicious results, how was she allowed to continue racing for the rest of the year, getting podiums( and prize money ) in all the major stage races, as well as an SA title, all while she was under a (period of ineligibility ) from January 2015 to December 2015!!!!!!!!????????
