You are going to compete with the other watches listed in the Classifieds. So have a look at what they are listed at currently. Keep in mind that things are flying currently in the Classifieds, if they are priced correctly. So if you see watches that have been listed for more than a week, then that price is too high.

My guess is a F5X watch in a good condition will nett you about R5 500. Guys will just use their eBucks or other benefits to buy a new one if you try to sell it for more.

Just my guess, maybe I'm R1 000 out in either direction.

Thanks i do appreciate , mine has 5 bands and 1 leather band still good condition

Unfortunately, the bands are allot like the extras on a 2nd hand car:the seller doesn't really get any more cash whether they are there or not.

Try selling it on Facebook Marketplace as well, you might get some good leads there.

I am selling a Garmin Fenix 5S plus brand new, has never been worn. Still in very good condition, selling it for R11000 - R11,500. Which place can I sell at.

The Fenix 5 group of products is already one generation old.

Your price is what they sold for when it was a current product and actually new with full warranty.

So I think you need to look at your expectations of price on a 2nd-hand product that is already a generation older than the latest, and decide whether you will be willing to accept an offer of R5000 to R6000.

I would be very surprised if you could get anything more than R6000 for your watch in the current climate.

I had my perfectly working 5X sapphire advertised for R4800 due to scratchs on the bezel. After being stuffed around I decided to pack in back in its box and keep it as a backup and rather is it for the rough stuff than my new watch.

I bought the 5X Plus Sapphire for 9k on sale a few months ago at Totalsports. Brand new, with full warrantee.

I think at this point in time the 5S plus should be around the price you suggested, regardless of condition.

At that price you're going to be married to it.

Region of R6k is about right for that generation.
