Battery with USB O-U-T to my existing light?

Hi - I have a very nice, twin HOPE-style LED h/mounted bike light, with 3 switchable intensities...

 

I need a battery - ONLY a battery, with a USB output, that can power the light: tried a few bicycle shops, nothing, nothing from Extreme Lights, and nothing from Ryder, any advice WHERE i could search for one?

 

Needs to power a twin LED for roughly 60 mins, then can be recharged...
