Bike shaking / oscillating under hard braking

Headset on the front, or your brakes aren't set correctly (back and front). 

 

Headset bolt was not tight, undid the bolt, made sure the the all was moving freely, and retightened.

 

Once the wheel is back from being trued, I'll reset the brakes.

Seems the shaking and snaking has been resolved, bike felt more stable under high speed braking this morning ...  (Although I did not go hamfist on the brakes)
