I have Gaint Gavia's (700x25) on my commuter. Not as soft as the Schwalbe One's, but I love them, they last a bit longer, and not as expensive to replace when cut.

I've done just  over 4000km with the Pirelli Cinturatos on my bike, granted I'm running 28mm, but they have been awesome.

Pirelli Cinturatos are a great tubeless option, lab tested to have better puncture resistance than Gators and much better rolling resistance
