Pet hates while riding on public roads

I have a 45 km route i ride daily of which 75% is in residential area the other 25% take me on main roads . I go past 10 schools on this route so only get on the road at 8 am to avoid the mommy's ,granny's and grandads  doing the school run . i have a few pet hates ( Rants ) of drivers who i share the road with . ,

1) Cars passing you and almost touching you with their mirrors 

2)Cars passing you just before they need to turn left 

3) Cars passing you just before a stop street or traffic light and stopping so close to the pavement you cannot get past 

4)Cars not signaling when approaching a traffic light that's green for them and I'm waiting in the middle to turn and then     also turn the same way .

5) Cars making a U Turn in a narrow road while you are nearly on top of them , and its takes them 10 tries to get turned 

6)Revering out of their own driveway with out looking left or right . 

 Im no angel on the road on my bike but im very observant and even more careful since my last crash .
