Help with Giant ebike

When my daughter adjusts the settings with the app on her phone they revert back to the factory settings when either the bike or the phone is off or unpaired. Is there any way the settings can be saved on the bike

Something is wrong.

 

I changed it once, settings auto saved and have stayed like that for the last year.

 

Probably needs a firmware update at your Giant dealer

Chris I am using ride control is that the right app. Thanks so much for the help

Yes, that is the correct app.

 

 

I found the assist on "1" to be too much.  Detuned 1, 2 and 3.

 

I use an old phone on prepaid as my cycle phone.  I only link this at home.

 

 

After a firmware update I had have the location function on the phone switched on, in order to link the phone and bike.

 

This is on a 2019 spec Trance E.

I updated the App on my phone, then did a firmware update to the bike.

 

Checked, the power settings are stil the same I set it 2 000km ago ????
