Servicing a rear XT derailleur

Whats the procedures to service the rear der?

More specifically the clutch is starting to show signs of non commital wear. When the clutch switch is 'on' the cage is held fast, but it doesnt hold any rearwards tension on the chain. When in the 'off' positon then the cage is free to move forward like it should but it also now gives the rearward tension to keep the chain in place.

I guess its time for a new clutch/spring system. Is this possible to replace these or is it easier to bin it and buy a new der?
