Saddle size

Hi-

 

has anyone got a fairly simple method of measuring the right saddle size to fit one's seat bones.

i have been flirting between a 143 and a 155 saddle and can still not make up my mind-

getting a rub from both!

Sounds like you are playing with specialized saddles. They have a tool in most if their shops which measures your sit bones and tells you the equivalent bsaddle
