Excellent backup by Silverback

A local customer brought his 4 year old Silverback Sesta that he bought in Gauteng to my shop showing me that the rear tire was rubbing against the left seat stay . Customer weighs about 120kg .

I approached Silverback with the problem . Not having seen the problem before they immediately sent my a new main pivot bolt . Not asking for a receipt or date of purchase.

After having replaced that the problem was still evident . Immediately they sent me a new rear triangle and a replacement male and female bolt for the rear shock pivot.

And all the time Daniel from Silverback kept me in the loop.

And no charge to the customer for the replacement parts.
