Any mtb trail in louvain

Hizit guys I’m in a place called louvain anybody ridden in the area ? Any nice trails ? Anything to watch out for ?

Not sure on what type of riding you looking at doing.

But there is Garden Route Trail Park, Harkerville, both around 1:30 away.

Witfontein in George is also there, but a bit more techy. Around 40 mins.

No trails there I'm afraid. You can ask about riding the jeep track on the farm used by the 4x4 guys when they're out and about.

Other than that you will have the district roads on the other side of the tar road that leads off to the Kammanassie valley. 

I'm heading to the Kammanassie myself tomorrow sans my bike.

Just a do a segment search of the area, the Cape Pioneer MTB stage race has been riding to & from Louvain for a number of years now.

Louvain Guest Farm have a few mtb singletracks but a month ago they weren't maintained at all. Wouldn't recommend these singletracks. The ox wagon trail is your best bet on the farm. Just watch out if you want to go down the other side of the mountain via Bergplaas. The road down is rocky and technical with no cellphone signal for emergencies.
