tinmug Posted February 1, 2023 Share Regrettably have had really bad service from Cycleworx (as in bike came bike non-functional and damaged), so I tend to trek east for expertise. -cK- Posted February 1, 2023 Share Might just have to add the following: Unfortunately you need to set your expectations accordingly if you are talking LBS here, do not expect a CWC or big city shop experience. I had one bad service from a LBS way back when and just said screw it, it is cheaper to just buy the needed tools and learn to do it myself. Only thing I would send to a shop is shocks for service or building a wheel.
