Non smart spin bike that reads watts

Hi guys.

im looking for a spin bike that lets you adjust tension manually with buit in power meter.

One that doesnt require electricity to function. Any ideas?

1 option is to just get a old school dumb trainer and put a power meter on my training bike or power peddles on a spin bike.

im sure there is options but struggling to find any.
