Yeah, did the barrel twists which ultimately made a large enough impact for me to be comfy riding.

Changed the chain last week (with a Shimano 12spd chain) which was all good, until the quick link gave drama and wouldn't seat going over the chainring. Replaced it with the old, used KMC quick link and voila, drama gone 🙃🙂

Derailleur is rusted and the paint has talked off and the pivot is "sloppy" - time to replace it I'd say. To use the Ltwoo RD again or use a Shimano variant?

I love the frame and am loathe to buy a new bike in € when I can do minor upgrades and keep this one.
