I'm guessing the frame is an Anthem, Tazman?  If so, the reason Dragon are dragging their heals is that they have failed to order enough stock and cannot even supply customers that have ordered and pre-paid months ago.  I'm not making excuses for them as I believe that it is unacceptable for them to be unable to sufficiently guage demand to such an extent that your standard factory frames have a longer waiting list than custom frames.

 

Having said that I have used the products Dragon's supply for years (probably as long as they have been around) and I have had zero issues except for the wait for my Anthem.

Nee Smurf, dit was my GT HardTail, hy is amper virkoop. Anyway, ek praat van my Road bike, dit is n Specialized. Dink die mense is as siek om my fietse te sien

We have to relentlessly punish bad service here on this forum, and simply avoid shops who are serial offenders. Name and Shame I say. Equally we should praise those suppliers who met our expectations, and ensure they get more business, going from strength to strength.

 

I ride Sigma frames ( from the UK). Last year I found a crack in my two year old aluminium racing frame, sent them a photo,  and they shipped the latest carbon model out to SA as a free replacement.

 

I will be buying more of the same....

Irish that is why I ride a Raleigh . Even though I broke two frames they got replaced by Fritz Pienaar Cycles within a week , no funny questions asked !!

Well then, heres a possibility. How about monthly winners/losers awards for service, accompanied by a THEHUBSA certificate which we can send them.

 

We could vote on line to choose the winners/losers.
