Used Biket for the first time last week to purchase a brake caliper online.  I was cautious because I hadn't dealt with them before but all seems above board, payment went through and package was delivered within two days by Internet Express.  Their price was also the most competitive of all the online/retail stores I visited.

I purchased a bike from them 2.5years ago, sitting in Somerset West. No issues, legit owner and no issues with the purchase process. No need to worry.

If I am not mistaken, I think they might've won a award from TrekSA......

So the only thing dodgy is a silly, generic name!

not in the market for a bike, but some huge deals here if you are in for a trek from last year.

2000km on the clock, or buy a brand new one for R8k less

Bought two bikes and some extras from them on a few occasions, no issue. Not my LBS because they are to far away, but have had a few good dealings with them.
They did a lot of effort for my son's bday present a while back, so definitely liked how they worked and communicated.
