Last year CTCT had a service provider that took your spare battery to a halfway point around the route.

 

Swopping it out remains the rider's responsibility.

 

 

Most bikes are quick to swop out.  I loose 40 seconds, for stopping and swopping out.

 

 

Some bikes needs a major service (well almost) to dig the battery out from under the BB ....  These bikes typically were meant to use "range extenders", which should be an easy swop out.

 

 

Keep an eye out for the riders info that is sent out before the race.  Details of the ebike battery swop out will be detailed in this.
