Spank Bearings/Headset bearings

Hey guys. 
I’m coming to jhb for a while and I need to

stock up on some bearings. 
I remember Trailhead did Spank but not sure where to get new bearings for my pedals or where would be the best place to have them serviced? 
Also where can I get the following headset bearings?

Those are normal semi integrated headset bearings you find on plenty of bikes. Any bikeshop worth visiting should be carrying stock of those, including a range of others. Pedal bearings might be a different story depending on size and model, or whether they take IGUS bushings (which most flats do - assumption) But even then, a reputable shop will know where to get from a local bearing supplier if they don't carry them.
