Glue Aluminium to Carbon

Hi. 

Looking for recommendations to glue Al to Carbonfibre.  One of the pivot "thing" "sleave" came loose from my bike's  frame.  Google says 3M DP420 but can't find it locally and it's expensive.

Is it just a aluminium bush you need to glue into the frame? If so, you need to find a 2 hour type 2 part epoxy. Any fibreglass materials supplier will have these in small batches which is cheap enough. 
Locktite make a few nice products for these like EA E-20 or EA 608 (both are Hysol type glue)

Or, check the Pratley website if they offer a 2 hour epoxy. You could at worst use 5min epoxy but its just not going to give you the correct strengths needed (it doesnt cure enough because the ratios are not exact)
