Is there a list of such individuals available for general reference?
I know, RSA is the country of the free, but what if CSA licensed riders/groups/teams/clubs have connections to such individuals?

Let's think of association... Mark Cavendish was active while partaking in majorca tours with lance armstrong who has a lifetime ban... uci did squat.... dr Ferrari fuentes had shade in the good old days. Both were used under the radar. And charmichael made a multi million dollar business being the face of lances training... and people forget many races had a no dopers allowed to partake in the event in anyway... yet some okes still get to race the epic and do gravel burn pre ride tours... in this sport what goes for one doesn't go for a other. Neotel and bonitas was managed by a successful coach but had 3 positive drug tests under him... throwing shade is a dumb idea IMO 

 

My personal feeling competitive cycling is ****** just ride your bike explore our country and book a bed in a small town and chase a kom if the need itches
