MTB Bottle Cage for small frames, lower mount

Hi guys, where can i find a bottle cage which mounts lower down or maybe has a slider, or various mounting points.

My wife's Titan small has a standard cage in, but normal size bottle almost touches her shock. She also doesn't like that its not easy to get the bottle out and in again while riding. I tried one of my old side loaders cage, its even worse, then a standard bottle touches the tip of the shock.

There is so much wasted space currently below her bottle, wish they made the holes lower down, then you would not have this problem.

Where do i start looking for something.......?

On my daughter’s bike I found the solution to be an Elite mid size bottle.
