Can Oswald not put a claim against the drivers insurance. As well as lodge a claim against Road accident fund (I know this may take years but it's still worth it in the long run)

 

I think the driver should be held accountable to all the damage they caused and the cyclists who were involved start a class action law suite against him/her. If they have insurance i can almost gaurantee they are covered for litigation up to R 5 000 000.00 which the lawyers should go for

We are looking into the RAF but as you said that will take years.

donation to the fund, it restores my faith in humanity that people still care

for one another even in the current financial situation we find ourselves

in.

I will be seeing

my Prosthetist on Thursday 14^th August at 09h30, your contributions

will be used to assist me in getting back on my bike which is my passion and

getting back to work once my prosthesis is replaced/restored.
