Was reading a post about wheels and someone mentioned that they make use of Extralite. (they sponsored a local MTB some time ago)

Who brings in this brand and where can we buy this brand?

What are the prices like?

Thanks

Abe

And what about reliability on these 'lite' products?

Check www.extralite.com

I've got a F1 mtb with full extralite parts.  Seems to have normal wear and tear as expected in mountainbiking.  I deal directly with Sergio Riva (contact details on the site).  They seem very efficient.  Just posted some stuff to them for servicing. Will let you know how long it takes.  Probably 10days shipping, not sure how long to tune shock, then 10days shipping back to me.  Also ordered some new bits and pieces.  Can maybe order stuff and ship with my things to save on shiping cost?

Do not have experience on their wheels, but on some other stuff such as bar-ends, quick releases, crank, etc.  This stuff is well designed and individually manufactured in Italy.  It is extremely high quality (and also expensive), and in general weight-saving has been achieved through design and manufacturing methodology.
