GIRR Posted August 16, 2008 Posted August 16, 2008 Its normally only on the tours that the officials get so anal with their fines. I personally haven't been fined, but some friends were fined R250 - swearing at officials, R200 - warm up ride without helmet, R200 - standing on podium with wrong kit.
