  13. Uhm, I have to differ with the ball of the foot over the pedal axle.. ride a little more backwards with the cleat 4-5mm behind and feel the difference! PM me if you need help.
  14. mm.. i think it can actually make you slow if you ride with it on the road. yes, you will be pedaling for a lot more, but you can also relax the muscles and let them "roll" with.. Motor pacing will be awesome with a track bike when you are forced to pedal..

Regarding the team colors, his team mate is just behind him in the photo in exactly the same colors.. Yea, i hope he stay in touch with his 2nd on GC! he has put in a lot of time and effort! even staying away from the clubs!
  16. well Lower seat will put more stress on the knees and upper legs. Higher seat will use more of your calves and lift your heal to reach the pedal. (which is not good) To activate your main cycling muscles you should have a bend of around 25-35 degrees in your knee when sitting on the bike with your foot horizontal and at the 5 o clock position.
