Hub inspiration

trying to decide on a pair of hubs (32h 6 bolt) for some new wheels.

 

have ZTR Olympics and deciding between the reliability of Hope Pro II'sor the light weight American Classic.....

 

anything else I should look at? and don't say DT 240s or Kings - budget max outs on the Hopes........

 

I do like the XTR's but don't really want splined rotors.

XTR's can be used with an adaptor which will allow you to use a conventional ISO rotor.

 

Hope Pro II makes marvellous sound when free wheeling,

 

American Classic costs a fraction of the price of Hope and is lighter.

 

 

I'd still take the XTR and fit whichever rotor you need or prefer.

I have a WTB LaserDisc Light rear hub. I don't know too much about hubs, but I have yet to have a problem, and they make a beautiful sound when free wheeling...
