Flatland bikes are for those guys that do all the spinning technical tricks on flat ground. Those bikes have steeper head tube angles, shorter top tubes and shorter stems than freestyle and race bikes. They usually have forks with zero offset too. Basically, flatland bikes are suitable for jumping or track use Freestyle bikes are more similar to race bikes than flatland bikes are, but they're still very different to each other.
