Thought the hub needs a bit of a diversion from the cycle shop fights and other politics.

 

Built this bike up this week as a fun project. Its a Campy Chorus single speed roadbike, equiped with a Ritchey MTB cockpit. The single speed conversion is a homebuilt Campy Athena 8 speed hub with 7 of the sprockets replaced with spacers.

 

Works surprisingly well.

 

Chain tension is thanks to the DMR tension seeker device:

Thanks. When my new brake levers arive i'll put on the road bars. Nice to have some choice.
