So 11spd Campy is out and guess what. People are already saying that you can convert your 10spd to 11spd by changing some internals in the changers. I know a guy that changed his 9's to 10's.

 

But look at the price of their chaintool = $200.

funky... if you wanna have bragging rights that youve got 11 speed. however, i dont see how 1 extra gear somewhere in the middle is going to make me drop elites and win by 10 minutes
