Same. Also doing the medium route - fits better into my training schedule. That is my story and i am sticking to it. But i plan to do the  medium route at a good pace (until i get to the old Helshoohte...)

easy, rolling hills, 'first group'. dunno, will be over 40 km/h

1st group would do about 40plus km/h - Engen is going to be REALLY hard since other teams from other provinses will also be racing. All the info you need is on the PedalPower web site, click on the race you'd like to ride, then click on the enter online, it'll take you top the CycleLab website, from there we need to click on the enter online option, it'll kick out a few races, click on the Engen Dynamic one for all the info.
