Since Vino on Sunday, I have gone, insanely non-stop with intense training & clocking up the K's,so much that my muscles are aching, so I have got 2 questions,

 

1. Anybody looking for an extra team member for the DC as I'm ready to do a 6:30?

 

2. In prepartion for Saturdays race, would it be advisable just to rest after Killarney tomorrow night, until race day or rest tomorrow & go for a massage, easy ride on Thursday & rest on Friday & being fresh for Saturdays race?
