Welgemoed Moolman is a very strong climber' date=' he did quite well up Helz in the  Tour De Vino as well.[/quote'] Who dat?  Moolies' dyslexic brother?

haha, I had to guess cuz calling some one Welgemoed sounds silly and I have never heard the name Moolman, it's bizzare!!Embarrassed

You're obviously new to cycling. Moolman Welgemoed was one of the country's top Elite racers in the 1990s (road and track). He's got plenty of pedigree and experience and is an intelligent racer.

Moolman did finish the comrades so i reckon he has got the stamina to be great!

I dunno anything about doping and to be honest i am a bit shocked that doping is happening here in local races

Do yourself a favour and don't believe everything you read on the Hub.

Anyone who dopes in the Cape league is really' date=' really sad and needs to get a life because he is seriously delusional

LOL Pls tell me what the water tastes like on your planet; cause you have obviously never come close to sipping the winners champagne ever in your life...

"Anyone who dopes in the Cape league is really, really sad and needs to get a life because he is seriously delusional"..... is a fairytale that only the funrides believe.

If you had ever won anything before, you would know that winning is a drug, you crave it, you need it, you'll do anything to have that feeling again.

No-one cares about the pitiful 500 bucks prize... But standing there knowing that you a$$ raped everyone elses best efforts is a feeling not tainted in the realms of money.

LOL You clearly are one of the delusional ones I'm talking about!!!  Standing on a podium is fun, gives you a great feeling and is why we race, but when you take dope in a little league like the PPA league, to get on to the podium you truely are sad.

My point is it's IS worth it to dope to get on a podium, it's just plain sad to do it for an SA podium!
