Big H' date=' I carry one of those to patch my tjoopless tyre should it go. Havet had a puncture yet so havent tried it. Last count I have 22 snot patches but they all seal and the tyre doesnt lose air. When my rear tyre runs out of tread I am going to take a bottle to it and do my experiment. We shall see.

Tjoopless has not reached Angolsh yet. I carry a few Angols Kwanza notes in the tubby bag that I will fold and place inside the wheel just to get us home. The tjoops are filled with goop and touch wood (Big H touches his head) we have not had any punctures in years!!!!!!

The best patch for something like this is a section of a tubby...glue it to the inside of the tyre with tubby glue, or even contact adhesive will keep it in place while you pomp the tyre...
