does anyone have or know anyone who has a hand cycle? a friend who broke a leg recently is keen on doing the 94.7 on one. pm me' date=' please.[/quote']

Sheesh! Talk about keen. Those hand cycles require a lot of conditioning to complete 9.47km, never mind 94.7km! And with only a month to go... My advice would be for your friend to just wait until next year's event and do it on a regular bike.

I've seen one at Cajees in Boksburg. They were servising it, but I had a conversation with the guy at Cajees at he knows where to get them.
