vulgar Posted October 20, 2008 Posted October 20, 2008 Wille, its never easy winning a race, my f=ing puls was 183 avg for the kermess. the road race was slow and I had no scary moments keeping up,my climbing sucks against the top dogs. didnt even reach max HR (193) i got 189 instead as maX and avs HR 157... league race in CT is useally 176 on avs for whole race. so it came down to the sprint,moolies was sitting my wheel like a leech for the last 6km...dont blame him,i did kick his ass in the crit the day b4 so revenge was ontop off his list!!!! The top rider did win the race race so all in all KONTENT!!!!

I think we need to hook you up to a powermeter to really know what kind of effort you are putting out. The kermesse stats sound awesome and would be really interesting to see. Well done on getting in the Moolman podium sandwich! Great result.
