Â BTW - Did you hear what Andre said about the puffy's on the rocky koppie. He suggested no one get off their bike. Good incentive not to put a foot down . Â I also didn't see the water point. I don't think they put it out at this race. Â
nathrix Posted November 3, 2008 Author Posted November 3, 2008   Rumour has it that there are crocs in that dam !  Huhhh!!!!!!  I did a head-over-handlebar ('stunt' ) on one of the crossings on my first lap  Did anyone notice any rocks that was left on one of the hills close to the village? There were 3 lines created, so I had to jump them. I heard the oke with a quad racing towards naughty little black boys and shouting at them for packing it on the route. I was tired, but got a gigle out of it. I most surely would have done the same if I was that young out of boardem living in hot-as-hell nathrix2008-11-03 07:04:09

As for the poffie , he should get more , you not suppose to walk anyway . The chap that handed out the water was sitting behind the banner displaying which race distance had to go where ! You got to stop and scream "water" before he will come out !! we did stop there on the first lap to fill up but even so also ran out of water close to the end .

It seems redistribution in that area is slower than oxidation.  Anyone check to see if the electric fence is still live? Â
