Can't comment on Slave's weather predictions.He did however predict that the Lions would win last week in Durban, nogal by 3 goals to zipp, so I dont know if you can trust his predictions.

Who the h3ll are the Lions. (They are cubs man, CUBS, I tell you, oh wait, you mean those Brits?) Oh, those fellows are jolly good what. Rather spledid don't you know? The other lions are those chaps that play in red and white from the central Gauteng region. Trubie Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 Slave, you are a bit confused )nothing new ne!( With Roger Federer making a guest appearance this weekend for Spain in the confed cup final against Brazil, you sort of lost track of the fact that rugby (oval ball), you score tries, conversions and penalties, the oval ball - football they score goals.So unless Armstrong scores on sunday Brazil will probably win and the Boks will truimph over the Lions, and the Lions from Jhb will be watching and wishing (I am a Jhb Lions supporter!!) So if you wanna know about these things, pop in on fri eve, we can try and catch up with the latest sports news, and at least sound as if the south knows something on saturday during the chit chat (no slave, not sh*t chat!!) sessions

Now there is an oxy moron. Drop goals. In glof, that would be under par which is actually over par. I Boris Bekker still playing for Egypt? Now you know why I cycle. The bike has round things, called wheels, but it has other round things called chain rings. And yet more round things called cogs and togther they make up a casette which we used to listen to music on, but now you get CDs and if you tell someone what a vinyl disc is they look at you funny. And the cubs from Ellis, they still growing lions and one day, when they get big, they might win a super 15 game / season. Who knows? In the meantime, we support them without shouting it too loud. On Friday night I will be going to bed early so as not to embarrass myself on the road in the west. Just remind me to take the air rifle along with me so we can pot a few motorists.

These okes in the north think they have hills, (well, truth is they do, but do they have HILLS.) Route can like to be: We meet at Rietvlei, go up Swartkoppies and left on Hennie ALberts, Left into Michelle and right on Camaro, Left on Pieter Ackroyd, down the other side into Vorster to Bellairs. Right into bellairs, right into Klipriver and up buthcers. Then go along Columbine and down the lido hill, Do a left and go to Kiblerpark, left again and up the road that will take us back to Lido hill. Up past Southgate along rifle range and then through Linmeyer and up to silver ball. Back to Rietvlei. I am open to suggestions here and we need to take not of traffic if we do this on a weekend. I think Sundays are quieter so lets do it on a Sunday. Dates?

It's not so much the cold that bothers me as much as the wind. Yesterday I battled to keep in a straight line doing Columbine. Tell you what though, you and Kid join me and it's a go. We'll throw in Biggarsberg for fun too.

I think with the cold weather I will head out late on Sunday anyway. I have a sneaking suspicion, I will need a recovery ride on Sunday. A nice long one with a few hills. I can feel my fingers and my nose isn't going drip-drip I just hope that when I get back on the bike you will be a lot faster than me otherwise all this winter training is pointless and I'll need to be towed around. I must've said something he took exception to so he's going to hurt me on Camaro. Said there is a "technique" for doing Camaro that he needs to show me. Why do I think this "technique" includes a Sjambok? (nothing like that to motivate anyone to get up there super fast.)
