It is easy. Grab the top of the door and lower your body until you feel your shoulder stretching. You don't actually hang with your feet in the air. But you must feel like you are about to. It has helped me whenever I have had shoulder pain.

This weekend' date=' I was at my boets place. There are two of the cutest little twins that are nieces on my SIL's side of the family and they are my fan club. I tried to pick one of them up and almost collapsed from the pain. I was also shocked atthe lack of stregth in my left arm. (It would be really cool to know if this is normal and if it will get better.) anyway, point is, if I can't pick up a  20 kg little kid, how the hell am I going to support my own weight?

Dude, you have no idea who the lady is. (Like I said, let's leave this topic.) I do not want to give the cheese eating picture lady anything at all. Not even the time of day. I wouldn't even give her your horns dude.

 

It's bad enough I am going to have to put up with her when I ride with the B bunch again. This is enough incentive to get fit and maybe just go straight back to trying to hang with the A bunch okes.

Kid has this insane notion that I am wildly in love with a certain "moaner" (and no, she did not get her nick from her between the sheets activities.) which is about as true as the moon being made of blue cheese.

 

Andy is curious but not venturing much.

 

You all are reading far too much into this thing. She is married and I am married. And no, we are not married to each other.

 

I have taken back to riding because I have been married too long and need to spend time away from home. Bikes are a  good excuse to be able to do this. We have a four day long weekend looming.

 

With a bit of luck, I might be fit enough by Monday, to spend the whole day riding to the berg and back. Or at least be able to do a lap of SBR.

 

Only andy and kid nag worse than the SO.

 

Speaking of SO, she wanted to know a few months ago why I ride so much. I just said the bike is never tired and never has a headache.

 

Come to think of it, that was shortly before I crashed. Hmmmmm.

Do you think it was wise to say that you might be fit enough by Monday? Kid will read that as you ARE fit enough and will nag you for a ride round SBR on Monday. A place where I may very well be with a few riders who you will keep up with so you welcome to join.

You never know Andy. Jealousy has been known to cause plenty strife in a mans life. (Another name for the "Wife": Trouble and strife.)

 

As much as I want to, Monday around SBR is just too much, too soon. Resting today (read as going for a hair cut.) Riding tomorrow afternoon with Trubies wife and will then make someplans to ride as the weekend progresses. 

 

Andy, know any good divorce attorneys. I saw an add the other day that said DIY divorce. R500. Tempting.

Andy, that is very mysterious. Maybe a bit more info is needed here. (Need some help. Need input you know.) 

 

Ladies can only led to trouble and it will def be the death of me if I accompany certain ladies on a ride in the reserve. SO is very serious about her vows too. (Especially the "death us do part" bit.)

 

I think I am giving them up for lent. (The ladies I mean.) No, I am not gay either.
