Slave Posted January 18, 2011 Author Posted January 18, 2011 AFAIK, Trubie the machine had 3 X Butchers on the agenda. This morning was not one of my better commutes. Got a flat, and changed tubes to find that the one I put in wouln't hold air. Spent ages trying to repair tubes as I only had one spare with me. As it is my timing was marginal so I was late getting to the office on top of all that. Somedays are diamonds and I love cycling. Other days are like stones and then not so much.

What's this I read the other day on another thread that you only thinking of doing 6 races this year ?A serious machine like you should be racing a lot more !!!!!

I was tired tyred yesterday and I'm exhausted today. Really, physically and mentally. I feel like I could use three days of uninterupted sleep. Think I need to go past the chemist later today and get some rocket fuel and a few syringes.

Slave, you supposed to be training for the IM 70.3 so best you suck it up and get your legs moving or you could even use this opportunity to swim down Eloff str. BTW, I had a red shot yesterday :thumbup:

But it's the only thing that gives me a kick. Only thing is then I will feel the need to resume a search for an IDT. I was lucky yesterday and missed the rain. The roads were a bit wet and the signs said "No swan dives". BTW, youhave it a wee bit wrong. I am only half a man so only doing half iron man.

Slave Posted January 18, 2011 Author Posted January 18, 2011 Have any of you lot had issues with Windows IE (Internet explorer) virgin 7 over the past two days? For some reason I seem to be having huge issues. It slows my PC down to a crawl. Tried using Firefox last night but it is not so compatible with the book of faces. See we heading for 8000 posts. This is it.
