Still here as in at the office. Not here as in outa here for the rest of the day as in I am doing secret training on my work. My pen finger is getting fitter. Slave Posted January 19, 2011 Author Posted January 19, 2011 I had a cool ride home yesterday. Got to chase a heavily laden small truck up Munroe Drive. It was fun overtaking the cars on that first incline from the bottom. But eish, I ran out of steam and lost out on the level section while I recovered. Then again all the way up that last bit. The ride in this AM was nce and civilised and at least I didn't get any puncures like yesterday.

All above 220w and in 53 x 19, 21 & 23Not sure how I'm going to handle the squash this pm, and the rest of the week and the TT on sunday......... ooogggggghhhhhhh the life of a recreational cyclist

I need a taker for a 2 hr ride tmrw am @ 4:30 - including 3 x 20 min intervals (10 min rest between) send a pic of yourself, without a shirt, your bike without you on it and if you dont have boobs dont bother............... Just got my start for Fast One - VC , and that without a rac lic? EishhhhhhA sounds a better bet

Like when I weighed in at a massive 100 kilos, I had man boobs, but now that I tipping the scales at a mere 82, they seem to have disappeared. Looks like the six pack is coming back though. (Ahh crap, that doesn't count now does it? ) I't been a very hectic week for me at work and I think this weekend, I am just going to hit the regroup button. Lot's of naps, sleep, eat, rest, catch up on my project and get focussed for next weeks commuting. I think I have a date next Sunday. Not sure, so I will have to check. Meeting someone and going to SBR. Think she will have to wait a couple of hours while I do a lap. When is Fast One?

Best you stay away from Vit S on your date, because riding in SBR with Vit S in the system will be a very BAD idea !!!! Fast One is next Sunday.

Don't worry, just going to google it. Kid, Vit S and riding do not work well together, especially since I am such a cheap drunk these days. One good shot and I'll be spending more time on the tar than the saddle. Spent more than enough time on the tar last year. This year, I plan to keep the rubber side down dude. Edit: Ok just did a google and can only find search results for 2009.Anyone got a link for me for the route.

Slipped a truck all the way from Bottom of Mooi street al the way to Rosettenville. Some dumbass came past me at the N17 split and called me "Lekker schoopit" as he turned off for the east rand. Like I thought I was being responsible, paying serious attention to the engine note and watching the lights. It was a good ride and on Prairies street I got frustrated so I just left him behind. Was a great ride while it lasted.
