That's great, still in time for Carnival City.See you there ? Yip I did a 2:46 & I'm happy with that, wouldn't have been able to go much faster than that. The biggest & currently fastest nutter is also the most dedicated cyclists I know.He plans way ahead and sticks to his plan & then reaps the rewards at the races.He's even a nice guy.

I suppose the bunches can be scary but it all depends where you ride and your experience. I only have 2 x road bikes, no MTB. Trubie is a machine & he's also in good form. He should go from strength to strength.

Did what was asked of me for Lab Race so nothing to worry about. PH, if bunches scare you then you need to ride in bunches more to gain confidence. You should do the Berge en Dale race as well, half a km into the race and the bunch is greatly reduced in size!

My goal for this race was to finish with the front group of A and I did that. I was not dropped. It was not my goal race. It was a nice brisk 106km training ride. I achieved my objective for the race so I am happy with how it went.

Guest agteros Posted January 31, 2011 Posted January 31, 2011 Andy, all great and that, but if the lab wants you to help the racers they better put their money / support where their mouths are.... things like the red racing team kit, help with entry fees, etc etc
