Guest agteros Posted April 7, 2011 Posted April 7, 2011 Today I got hold of some cheap new white rims for the 'project bike'. Cotic contaced me today and we'll be doing the swop for the small BFe frame (blue) for a medium Soul (orange) I also got hold of some ugly rear wheel & SRAM 8speed cassette(All the LBS had at this stage) for the road bike. The idea is for these to be used on the IDT, and save the Gaterskins for the road. I also realised this week that I've seriously neglected my cycling. So, I'm going to start riding on Wednesdays as well. Spinning class on Fridays, and I can up the heart rate there now as well! That leaves me with riding from Tuesday thru to Saturday Oh, and I'm not neglecting the running! I still going my runs from Sundays thru to Thursday(Monday and Wednesday will be track) as well Will see where this regime takes me leg strength wise?
