Just my 2c Sent out the first mail 3 and a half weeks ago with an attachment the marks it in your calendar, it's also a commnonly known fact that around the world CM is held on the last Friday of every month, the times we meet haven't changed.Ideally I don't want to have to go through this process of spoon feeding everyone about what's happening, they should just arrive and know that there will be other people there and ready to do it as well.
