I would just like to thank my team mates for helping me thru my first DC

Sorry you guys had the long waits for me to catch up . Next year i will do things a bit diffrent my hydration was up to *** and at 80km wanted to puke from all the sugars in my tummy but managed to get them flushed out with lotsa water and managed to hang on.

 

those last 30 km were tough and quite a few words were milling around in my head not choice i might say.

 

as for our support you Ladies were FANTASTIC !!!! Candice and Douwlien 

 

 

as for those of you that were part of the experience hope you had a good time and well done guys and girls its a pleasure to be part of a sport where so much fun is had .
