Hi all

What time do the city boys meet on Saturdays and how far do they ride?

Anyone know

Also where exactly do they meet? is it at the BP by the shopping centre or the library?

I agree. I realy enjoy my rides with the City guys. I just feel so guilty that I have never joined the club. One day they will start to charge corkageSmile

Hi ccc2

Can you give an idea of the level of the group(s) that meets at Edgemead library? Say in terms of PPA seeding groups. I'd be keen to join as you guys are nearby but would hate to die trying to keep up with say a bunch of A to G's etc

PM ccc2 for more info, or go to www.citycyclingclub.org and the contact details for Graham will be there. Most riders are catered for as the group is generally split in two, so you will fit in somewhere.

our Saturday morning ride is a group ride, with the group riding together. if there is an event on the Sunday then the ride is really just a comfortable spin if not then those that want to ride a bit harder will split at a pre-determined spot after about an hour, the rest will then ride back to Edgemead as fast as the slowest rider.

I'm "50Something", and manage to keep up with the guys. Don't let it worry you. Generally there are two groups, the fast boys (and Girls) and the more moderate guys like me.

Riders range from the super hot to the super slow and distances vary from 70km to 30km on the Saturday rides.

We try to encourage new riders, so we make a point of not leaving them behind.

PPA seedings?? Well there is the whole range!

PM CC2 and let him put you on the mailing list.
