Canceling will just in-grave 4 weeks of bad service and no one wins. Avnic still has their unit to sell to someone else, but you've lost money on phone calls, fuel and bank charges. You obviously did your homework before the purchase and decided on the Garmin... I would also see what they could do for me. It is your choice in the end of the day

Sorry but waiting 2 weeks for a response from anyone is just not acceptable!
