We can do a group "dis-ting" after you go out on SAt arvie for your little adventure round the North. Just remember, you gonna have a tough bit on Sunday as well and you might want to save a leeetle energy. I'm off to buy 40 gallons of Energade, I have a suspicion you may need it. Count me out on Sat, I may be certifiable but that energetic I aint.

Di is prob'ly better looking than me anyway and eish, if you ignore GF for long enough, she maight just sell your cycling junk dude.  BTW. Can I tell her you riding with DI? I'll look out for items for sale on Monday.

Like what happens when dash forgets to eat dude. Like I seem to remember the dude forgets to ride as well. Dash, set the reminder alarm dude. Eat, ride, Eat, Ride. Nothing else is important. Ok sleep. Eat, ride, sleep, Do it again, repeatedly.
