XTC OKE Posted January 21, 2009 Posted January 21, 2009 I just got a new Rock Shox Sid Race 09 model (post Mount) and have got the 08 edition XTR disc Brakes (IS) I've tried the kcnc post mount bracket but it does not fit any suggestions???
steveO:K Posted January 21, 2009 Posted January 21, 2009 i have the appropriate adaptor. the problem is that you need to use a 170mm disk(assuming that u r currently running 160mm rotors).If you are using a 6bolt hub i can help with the 170mm rotor.pm me a contact number and i will assist. cheers steve

AndreZA Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 Post to IS has been brought up before. You will have to increase the rotor size by 20mm to make the adapter fit. Magura and A2Z makes them.

Then call up Cool heat, or your local bike shop, and ask if they have the one you need. The adaptor you need is part number SM-MA-F180S/P. I got one at Mikes Bikes for R85.
