Jules Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 Fd Jeux (sp?) used to ride Lapipi in the tour. Ian Mcleod's old team. They are good bikes. Got a famous win in 2007 when one of their riders (his name escapes me; I've been inhaling silicone) won a TDF stage in a long breakaway. He'd hit a dog earlier in the stage and ripped his shorts, dispaying a grazed ass. Michael Boogerd was in the break. Anyway the FdJeux dude led the sprint out and he managed to catch the others napping. WAs a great win. THink it was the team's only stage win that tour. Was near the end of the tour, after the Chicken had been booted.
